@Cara_Q was wonderful to work with. Fantastic results and very fast responses; this designer was really able to get to the point and help flesh out a fabulous design. Couldn't be more happy!!!!
Loved the design - having all the editable files to keep was great!
I really enjoyed working with Essentials. He was quick to make edits, flexible to work with the concepts I sent him and was very thorough in sending many versions of the design so I have options for both print and digital usage.
Excellent designer! Wednesday communicated with us throughout the entire process and helped create the perfect design that reflects our vision. Great job!

I like the stark simple, but elegant font and symbol that evokes the nest
I like the chunky lettering and the fading bird symbol.
I like the attractive and iconic symbol. Also the marriage between the colors in the name and the logo
Love the pear symbol made of little component pears/beans
I like lacy embellishments
I would like to see some variations of the following concept:
The "o" in love is a hollow heart symbol, which has a line extended at an angle from the bottom that forms part of the x. This would be similar to the Rx symbol used for prescription medications in the U.S.
Alternatively, I would like to see variations of the the Heart-x (like Rx) logo that is not incorporated into text of "Love x Science".
The "x" should be red, and is not required to be in a font. Example: the "x" could be similar to a red cross symbol turned on its side.
A few different hand sketched concepts are in the attached file.
Alternative suggestions: (1) the heart symbol taking the place of the "o" in love drawn as if with a paintbrush stroke; (2) the word "science" formed out of a single electrical cord with the "e" being the prong; (3) use of neon tubing for the word "science"; (4) use of a laboratory beaker or vial in place of the "i" in "science".
