Blink Optical Pty Ltd is consists of upper management and directors engaged in the optical business. It should convey its professionalism, without encroaching upon the approachability of its staff. It is mainly a company that engages in business to business activities rather than dealing directly with consumers. Being in the medical industry, it must portray a trustworthy, professional and growth image. The company is also based on partnership arrangements, therefore must display an element of cooperation to achieve group growth.
