We are 2 sisters who are both nurses. We create gluten free mixes and bake gluten free products. Our target audience is everyone but those with gluten intolerance, celiac disease or other food sensitivities would be particularly interested in our products.

One idea that comes to mind is to have 2 chefs hats over the "A" in HATS. Maybe put a red cross on the band of each hat to represent the nursing background of the company.
