What an absolute pleasure to work with RGORG. The quality of the work reflects the investment in the project. She cares! I have already recommended RGORG to a number of people I know who are looking for design work. I love working with 99Designs! The ONLY challenge is that the project may have taken longer than preferred because of the time difference. Not significant enough of an issue to give any rating lower than a 5 STAR RATING. Thank you, RGORG and 99
Designs. I will be back.
How AngelenoHomes started their logo design journey

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our company acquires discounted distressed residential properties in foreclosure & bank owned properties in Southern California and wholesales them to other real estate investors. Our clients are mostly other real estate wholesalers or rehabbers who would like to pick up discounted properties for remodeling. Once the remodeling is completed, they will sell the updated properties to retail buyers / homeowners. Our main focus is the entry level homes (in the range of $250,000 to $350,000) for the first time home buyers. We will sometimes acquire more expensive properties (in the range of $500,000 to $750,000) per our buyer requests. Luxury homes are not our target in the next couple of years.

I am looking for a logo to represent my real estate investment company – Angeleno Homes. I do not want to see another logo with a little house or roof sitting on top of a company name. I would like to have a creative logo to represent a real estate company without showing a house (preferable or convince me with your design). I know I am contradicting myself but I found a logo with a house (sample from a Elance designer – see attached “design sample.jpg”) I like a few days ago. But I recommend you to stay away from that direction. Please keep in mind our target clients are not luxury home buyers.
Attached “design sample 2.jpg” is another example of the type of logo I like. This is actually a ready-to-buy logo in 99 Designs Logo Store. I like this logo. However the more I look at it; the more it looks like the “Adidas” logo. Hopefully, this will give you some ideas.
I am open to any ideas. Please send me any suggestions and rough sketches for my comment. I will get back to you with my comments as soon as possible.
PLEASE do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo.
