Jon Rose needed a new logo design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 61 designs submitted by 24 freelance designers.
We want a general logo for the parent company, simple enough to read well on a back-of-neck shirt label. Then we want to add the website address for each of our websites as subtext. For right now the url to incorporate is http://www.mychoirrobes.com.
JR Associates, LLC / MyChoirRobes.com
We want to add the parent company name/logo to our websites (which will not be each site's primary brand) so that customers will recognize our name when their charges show up on their credit card statements. Each of our websites has it's own branding and style (check out http://www.mymusicfolders.com and http://www.journeymanline.com) and we just want a font and graphic that will go with most things. We also want to add it to our products (like at the back-of-neck label on the choir robes), so we prefer a color palette that works with all colors.
JR Associates, LLC has sold various items for the last nine years, ranging from customized sheet music folders (http://www.mymusicfolders.com), to commissioned portraits of people's pets, to top-of-the-line customizable tool belts (http://www.journeymanline.com) and original art cast bronzes. We plan two new websites in the field of music, one for choir robes and one for music stand lights.
- 1) "JR Associates, LLC" larger
2) "MyChoirRobes.com" smaller, sub text
3) basic colors, not designer palette, that will go with more color ways of robes
4) Vector art, of course
- We don't want the graphic to be music specific because, even though we will use this on the Choir Robes website, we'd like to have the logo standardized when we add it also to our other websites that don't necessarily have to do with music.
