REVISED BRIEF: Logo for Iteo Consulting, Norway's leading High-Tech PR Agency. We want a logo that is SIMPLE, not too much distraction from the name Iteo Consulting - the name could very much be the logo in itself. We are now down to two types of logo and I would like to see examples of both. Type 1 (just name): Very corporate, simple, the name is the logo and it is easy to recognize. Examples: Xerox, Canon, Google, Nokia, Intel. Iteo could be the largest part of the logo, supported by Consulting, or both of the words can be the same size. ITEO could be also with capital letters - please show us some examples! Type 2 (name and symbol): A softer and more elegant (almost luxurious) type of logo. I have attached a few samples to the brief of a logo I think is beatiful. Simple, but with a single and elegant support logo. Colors: Preferably we would like to have the logo in blue or shades of BLUE. Other colors we like are red (strength, drive, energy, action, passion), yellow (warm, playful, curiosity, positivity) and black (bold, serious, tradition, classic, distinctive). You can use white, purple, and grey in the design as well. There is nothing that says that we cannot have a logo which combines Blue, Red and Yellow either. Three colors may look very nice, in our logo and on the web site. Please AVOID green, pink and orange in the design. Symbol with logo: As the leaf motif reminded us too much of recycling, we don't want any leafs or green in our logo - we would rather see some suggestions using butterflies (one or several). This due to the BUTTERFLY EFFECT which is often the case with PR work. However, the the butterfly should not make the logo too feminine. We want the logo to be neutral - neither masculine or feminine. If the name is supported by a separate symbol. Please keep it simple, keep in mind that the symbol / design should be something we can use as part of the design of our web site or Power Point presentation etc with for ex. Dots or lines with fading of colors, etc. What kind of company are we: We are a PR consultancy for large multinational IT and Tech companies, our services are strategic, we are experts in our area and our services are expensive. Our advice will help companies brand their name and services, reach their target and increase revenues.
