I am a private individual who is building a mobile application company starting with MyMorning. My objective is to provide elegant, sleek and simple productivity solutions to smart-phone users. MyMorning is an application that uses Text to Speech technology to wake you up in the morning and provide you with the essential information you request; custom good morning message, current weather, the forecast for the day, your calendar/appointments for the day, news headlines read from the RSS news feeds of your choice and much more. This application speaks to you and tells you the information you need to start your day. You may also choose to wake up to music or sounds. This is being developed for iPhone first and will later launch on Android and Windows Mobile 7. To get a good understanding of what this application does please see this link from the movie Iron Man:
I am targeting a wide range of possible smart-phone users. Anyone who wants to wake up informed about the day ahead is a potential client. This audience is wide ranging and not specific enough to define yet. This is for people who want to be informed and who would like to be woken in a personalized manner with their favorite news, weather, music and/or calendar.
I am looking for a logo that will define MyMorning's presence online including the webpage (yet to be designed) and the start-up screen on the mobile phone. Think of the words - sleek, elegant, effective, efficient, simple, mobile, alarm clock.
I am looking for a logo for the name MyMorning. This is going to represent a mobile application for iPhone, Android and Windows 7 Mobile.
1. I plan on releasing a series of "my" apps, similar to how Apple uses "i" for its products (iPod, iPad, iPhone, etc.) so feel free to play around with "my" in the title, MyMorning. Something that will translate well to other concepts such as, "MyHotel" or "MyAssistant" and so on. Be careful not to imitate Apple too much as these need to have appeal on Android and Windows systems in the future.
2. Think the following: Speech. News. Weather. Calendar. Alarm Clock.
3. Think about the President of the USA or very wealthy people, who are woken by assistants whose job it is to inform them of what is going on in the day ahead.
4. This is an app used to wake you up in the morning, so nothing too loud or offensive.
Here are my competitors. I am looking for something that will help me stand out and show that I offer a better product:
