Life Ops Consulting Group
We are a small management consulting firm specializing in helping life insurance companies improve their:
1) Service, to advisors and policyholders,
2) Quality, or accuracy of their service work, and
3) Control, which includes both management and financial control.
We help companies in two ways. First, we apply our experience and expertise to their challenges (we've been there). And second, we run industry-wide surveys to help them understand the issues and opportunities.
We have just launched a new brand and our goal is to position ourselves as the industry benchmark in our niche.
We work with senior management and executive-level members of the larger insurance companies.
Our clients are senior suit and tie executives aged anywhere from 35-65. They are not the web 2.0 social-network types, though they have a taste for modern technology (laptops, BlackBerrys, and BMWs).
While we’re a small firm, our goal is to align ourselves as the industry benchmark for the service we offer. Our branding imagery should reflect both this direction, and perhaps our niche position in the sector.
We want the branding to suggest stability and strength, with both professional and modern influences in the design.
We'd like our brand name to be part of the logo. "Life Ops" is the name while "Consulting Group" should be smaller.
Our value proposition is centered around Service, Quality and Control – three interdependent elements that we address for our clients.
Finally, as a business, we solve challenges – and while we’re not looking to get too cliché with the imagery, fixing processes or improving performance are among the concepts that may help guide you.
We are open to your concepts and would like to see a variety of samples and styles. As designs filter in, we’ll provide feedback about what we like and what we’re looking for. Feel free to post any questions you may have.
The files we require are:
Print file format - .ai (CMYK)
Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo.
