We're very happy with Ababil's design for the OUI community. He was incredibly quick and responsive to our small edits.

How UtahREOinc started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Legacy Home Buyers
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We buy homes directly from Consumers who may want to sell their house quickly for cash. We need an image that portraits confidence and trust. People will be trusting us with their home sale. We need to look professional and sharp, yet trusting and inviting.
I plan on having two companies. Legacy Home Buyers and Legacy Brokers (A Real Estate Brokerage) I was thinking about having Legacy in the logo and have and underlying in smaller print the name Home Buyers, or the Interchangable "Brokers" or "Real Estate" for the sister Brokerage Firm. For now I just need the Home buyers logo but would like something that could be universal for both companies, or somethings that could easily be tweaked.
I like the idea of having the word "Legacy" be designed in cursive or some really nice lettering as the logo. Something fairly elegant but nothing that looks too exclusive that will scare our lower income customer off.
Target audience are people who have distressed properties to sell or those loosing their home in foreclosure. On the reverse to that our brokerage target audience is really anyone who needs to buy or sell a house. So it is a pretty wide range of clients.
