Terry is a fantastic designer -- not just because of his skill, which is dramatically evident in his work, but even more so because of his intention to listen to the needs and wants of his clients, respond thoughtfully to requests and collaborations, and move the project forward in harmony with those he serves to deliver outstanding results.
I cannot recommend him enough and will continue to work with him as much as I can.
How RemixYourGear.com started their logo design journey
I did a contest for a Logo design and I basically got a Logo that I really liked but it felt incomplete. The logo needs some sort of design element or image behind or beside it. I want an image that can stand with the logo or on its own. A good example is NIKE and their Swoosh. The swoosh signifies speed or something fast. This is the concept that I am looking for...
I liked example 1 because the logo was skewed, it looks almost like a button, and it looks like more of a complete logo... the only negative aspect was that people said it looked like a racing speedometer... so that example was X'ed out... but there is a good example of a logo type image I am looking for

What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We are launching a company that specializes in customizing equipment and gear related to, not only djs, but musicians in general. - 1. Color Scheme: RED, BLACK, and White2. Some sort of symbol3. maybe something that is symmetrical or circular because the logo will be spinning on a record... (but doesn't necessarily have to be)
- 1. records2. headphonesplease remember this is a company that appeals to more then the DJ so try maybe audio signals, or audio waves, etc.
