We sell communication training, keynotes, and coaching to people all around the world who want to learn how to communicate courageously about their faith. Problem statement: People of faith know they need to share their truth, but doing so in a world that discourages faith is hard. They desperately want practical communication strategies about faith, but they aren't finding those at religious institutions. Institutions *want* to equip congregants to face real world situations, stay relevant, and accomplish their own mission of increasing membership and making disciples, but they simply *can’t* know the myriad real-life scenarios their people face. Hence, congregants look elsewhere and leave the church in droves. Faith leaders AND faith followers urgently need tactical, relevant communication training created by experts in the field who intimately know how to navigate faith at work and in the real world. Leanership focuses on the whole person, taking attendees on an enriching and challenging journey of self-discovery that not only helps them communicate effectively, but helps them uncover their purpose and what might be holding them back. Leanership is a road map for courageous individuals who are ready to lead not by their own power but by *leaning* on God. Product 1: "Leanership Academy" is a holistic, end-to-end learning journey that equips people with 8 distinct skills to help them communicate effectively about faith. Classes are in person or online and take people on an enriching journey of self-discovery, spiritual development, and skill-building. Skills can be purchased one at a time or as a package, by individuals or by religious institutions. Product 2: Keynotes. 30-60 minute presentations. Product 3: 1:1 coaching. 30-60 minutes. Audience: (1) Young Christians dissatisfied with the status quo of church and seeking practical strategies to live out their faith. (2) Church leaders who know they need to supplement church with communication training from experts in the field
Other color requirements
I’d like to go for warmth but also a bit of an edge since these are relevant skills for business-oriented workers; maybe orange or blue? I think of confidence, authenticity, vulnerability, courage, trailblazers Tagline is "courageously leaning on faith in business and beyond" but I don't need to incorporate that into the logo design.
The concept of Leanership is that we are much more effective when we "lean" on God than when we "lead" by our own devices. The brand may eventually address a multi-faith audience, so the logo itself should not be exclusively Christian (no crosses). Look and feel: I am inspired by the look and feel of gritandvirtue.com and theproductivemuslim.com. Logo: I don't like my current logo at all; it was just the only thing I could come up with. I do like the idea (a little bit) of a leaning "L" but I'm not tied to that. Here is my marketing plan with lots more details about the company and what I'm looking for.
