The new logo should be based on the colors of the mother company. You can see the mother's company logo here:
We need the logo and stationary in vector format (one of eps, ai, png etc.).
You could also use the blue color in the logo of the new company as it is vendor for water systems, automation systems for water distribution networks as well as for street light management, telecommunication networks, energy production plants etc.
