Today, job seekers apply for literally hundreds of jobs on many job boards, but there is no way for them to keep track, organize, and manage the job search process.

What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
I've been involved in the online recruitment business for a while. The idea for jobkatch came to me after I was introduced to tripit.com. A great way to manage and organize travel itineraries by simply forwarding confirmation e-mails can also be used to manage and organize your job search.
