ICVFA is made up of 6 fire departments. They each have their own department logo. I've attached some of those for your reference. We're looking for one logo that will represent ALL fire departments in Inyo County...one logo they can all share, to be used on all marketing to recruit new volunteer firefighters in that county.
Inyo County is near Mammoth Lakes in CA. Including imagery of the mountains would be appropriate. The logo should be clean, professional and in-line with the fire service industry. It will go on their website, TV commercials, posters, banners, mailers and even polo-shirts to be worn by staff.
The name should be prominent "Inyo County Volunteer Firefighters Association." I've attached a Napa County logo as an example to give you an idea of what we're looking for. Ultimately we're trying to attract young men and women to join a fire department (ages 18-35), but really the county is in need of unified branding (vs. 6 logos for each department). As for a slogan, it might be nice to see some options that include "Recruiting Inyo County's Volunteer Firefighters" However, the slogan isn't necessary.
