GC Global Capital is changing its name to Fountain Group Inc. The current website is gcglobalcapital.ca

Description of the organization and its target audience
We are Fountain Corp Inc - an investment bank that invests in companies with strong management teams and an entrepreneurial spirit.

We work with microcap and small capital investments and with companies that are pre-public, semi-private and private. We provide significant value for money by ensuring that our fees are aligned to the support we can provide for our clients.

We are a hands-on investor - we have the experience, the network and the resources to connect clients to what they need. We provide a customized experience to our clients by rolling up our sleeves and diving in to help them grow their business.

We support many target industries - our clients come from a diverse background including oil and gas, medical marijuana, car repair etc. Our target market is companies looking for funding on average of $1 million and up to $10 million.Our target investment profile includes: Private companies that have a reasonably demonstrated IPO plan so we can leverage the private to public value creation, Early stage public companies that need to raise funds via PIPE or secondary deals,
selling shareholders that seek to divest significant stakes in successful, mature companies and a focus on companies with sustainable, growing revenues with existing, or near, profitability
