Help Lingerie by Victoria with a new logo

We are an online lingerie retailer specialising in branded lingerie for the fuller figure. Our target market is 25-45 year old fashion conscious women with disposable income. We sell brands such as Freya, Fantasie, Fauve, Wonderbra, Panache etc. We are looking for a modern, designer looking logo which is not too fussy. We do not want any figures of women in the logo or pictures of bra's etc. we would like 'Lingerie by Victoria' to be the main feature. We do not want anything risque as we are not that type of lingerie retailer, so nothing too sexy. However we do not want anything too girly either, so nothing too pink and fluffy. We are open to colours, although at the moment our new website which is still underconstruction has a black header, but this could be easily be changed. The logo is pre-dominately for the website but we would also like to be able to use it on packaging, and postage labels etc at a later date. Also as a favicon. With these we would not be able to show the word 'Lingerie' as customers do not want the Postman knowing that they are having lingerie delivered. So we would also like a reduced logo that we could use on these occasions. I have attached two of our logos. The pink logo which contains 'Bra DD-K' is our most recent logo and I absolutely hate it, it's everything I don't want. Old fashioned, pink and cheap looking. It was a web designers choice, not mine.
