Handbagitis

We are an online retailer who sells designer brand name fashion items. Primarily we sell new season designer handbags to women worldwide who must have the latest ‘it’ bag.

We are looking for a logo that in one glance will communicate our definition of ‘handbagitis’ even in the absence of the word. Our definition appears in the header of our website along with the name 'handbagitis' and is as follows:

"......a severe itch to buy new season designer handbags, commonly experienced by stylish women, frequent in recurrence and only relieved by topical application of the latest handbag upon the affected person’s shoulder..."

The logo will need to fit with our current website header but importantly also be able to stand alone to enable multiple platform application. Although our website is currently under construction you can view our header during this contest at: http://www.handbagitis.com

Overall, the logo should incorporate our primary colors but it is not restricted to only these colors.

Please note that the positioning of the name ‘handbagitis’ and the accompanying definition within our header is flexible and may be reconstructed to suit logo you create.

If you choose to reconstruct the brand name and accompanying definition to suit the logo you create, all colors and fonts should remain the same (listed below). Please also note the dimensions of the header below. These dimensions are fixed and should not be changed.
