What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
- Our website will be a complete guide to the Finger Lakes region of New York state. We want a clean and crisp logo for our website.
- They are called the "finger lakes" because these glacial lakes are arranged horizontally, like fingers on a hand. (see map here: http://fli.hws.edu/FLindex.asp)
- The lakes are well known for their wines - the area has over 100 wineries.
- The area has beautiful rolling hillsides and scenery, waterfalls and there are lots of outdoor activities.
- To learn more - the official tourism guide to the region is located at fingerlakes.org
Wants
- The logo should be rectangular
- The logo should include the words "FingerLakes.com"
- The logo should somehow incorporate the concept of water (the lakes)
- Simple is generally better
- I'm thinking blues and or greens would be the best colors, but you can do what you think is best.
