We are a family owned and operated fall festival that for one month of the year (October) provides hayrides to a pumpkin patch to pick a pumpkin. We have 6 childrens amusement rides, a vast petting zoo, more pumpkins, pig races, lots of different festival food, more pumpkins, many animatronic scenes of animatronic animals singing or skeletons dancing and doing other activities, a haunted house (family friendly), a fun barn, a Pumpkin Cannon that fires pumpkins throughout the day, and of course more pumpkins. Our target audience is family's and most with children between the ages 1 - 12 years of age. Our website is http://www.Pumpkinfarm.com We have spent 35 years with this logo (which our name in that font has been attached to ALWAYS) we would like to make the logo more FRIENDLY.

Our goal: A new fun, More friendly, happy, modern version of a VERY WELL known logo and name.
We are in search of a revitalization of our 34 year old mascot for our family business. He is currently prominently displayed on everything from our letterhead to our clothing merchandise and our extensive billboard advertising, also on our food throughout the farm. He must remain family friendly, happy go lucky and inviting. We would like him to keep the fall festival spirit but we are not opposed to some drastic changes. The ability & flexibility to be incorporated along with other elements in the future is a positive feature but not a requirement (i.e. Leaning over text or images, resting on text or images, such as his current hands are capable of doing.)
We are one of the largest pumpkin farms in the country and therefore over the past three decades many of our competitors have developed logos that are VERY or almost exactly similar to ours. We are trying to stay unique but we have come to be known by our extensive billboard campaigns for our mascot ALWAYS in conjunction with our "Bengtson" name in that current font (which we do not know what font it is, the font is a relic of 4 decades ago when it was hand painted on a delivery truck).
