Expressive Logo Design For My Personal Brand

I am an online entrepreneur who is passionate about empowering other entrepreneurs to prosper and succeed. I work full time from home in a direct sales/network marketing company. My brand recognition is very, very important to me. How people perceive me is crucial.

This logo will be to help represent my brand/image to new and existing online marketers. People who are looking for an online leader, mentor and coach who has massive success that they can draw from.

I'm looking for a high quality design from someone who is highly skilled that I can hire for my other web and design projects!

I want a logo that expresses me, my business, and my personality. It should be sleek, sophisticated, yet powerful. I like reflections, chrome, drop shadows, and blue colors, and curves or graphics that flow (I'm open to new ideas though)...

I want the initials of my name to become my logo, which are the letters BM and have the text "Empowering You To Prosper" to go along with it.

I want the flexibility to have the text be separate from the actual logo if I want.

I have attached some existing branding material and an old logo. The old logo was poor quality, and too flashy, and not expressive enough.

I want to have the original source files for my reference (psd's etc).

Putting it on a colored background is fine, but I will also need the logo on a transparent background so I can place it on a variety of websites and existing branding materials.
