Homeside Properties is one of the leading community association management firms in Atlanta. We currently manage over 100 properties in the metro Atlanta area and have over 15,000 members. We specialize in managing homeowner associations in townhome, condo, and single family communities. In addition to these services, we provide construction management (licensed General Contractor), 24 hour maintenance staff, and real estate sales and leasing. We are an established firm in the Atlanta area with a high retention rate of customers. We are acquiring a firm which will add to our current portfolio and have decided it is time to streamline all marketing materials, stationary, logos, letterheads, etc. We want the look of an established firm with a more modern, clean, simple look that will portray that we are up to date with the times and current market trends. We hold many real estate designations held by top industry management professionals. Our current logo is too generic and has too much going on in my opinion.
Our target audience would be new clients as well as existing clients. Establishing a brand that people will know and recognize. In addition, we want to be able to attract larger communities, master planned communities, high rise condos, etc. Given current market trends there are a number of defaulting developers that may be changing management firms and now is our opportunity to reposition ourselves in the market place. In addition, we will start to develop new business lines in hopes of entering the commercial property management industry for offices buildings.
We are trying to achieve a clean, modern, professional feel.
• The logo will be incorporated into the stationary, brochure design, website design, look and design of new office space.
• Logo will need to be in a format that can be given to sign design firm to make a reception area sign, for sale signs, construction signs, etc.
• In addition, we would like to be able to have a font type that can be used for file labeling other items to keep the consistency through out our office.
• Logo must be high quality that can be enlarged with out having the image distorted.
• Be able to have different color logos based on the color scheme we choose.
We want the "Homeside" name to be in a lower case font....maybe even "properties" too. Unsure whether we want to incorporate a "home" into the design but are open to suggestions.
We are currently evaluating office space options and the new design of the office as well as all finish selections will be based of this logo and new colors. So this is the most important part of our rebranding and will carry our into the rest of the marketing materials
