its focus and scope toward African American community and culture
“Are you “F.I.T.” for the legacy?” Faith. Integrity. Trust.
PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE SUBMITTING A DESIGN: We would like to play with a few images including Hands of Trust, an Egret of Faith, A Weaving of Swords for Integrity.
<<<<Hands lifting one another by gripping each other's wrists, not palm to palm. This is known as a "knights" handshake, and this is the most important image, if only one image is to be used, this is the one to focus on.>>>>
The focus of the Egret is the strength, grace, and breadth of its wings. The swords will be tricky, because they are such a phallic/masculine object that, if used, we desire to neutralize somehow.
We briefly discussed a Coat of Arms, though that is not necessary. Communicating the concept of "faith.integrity.trust" is most important.
We like the font Cinzel Decorative (The one with the curved H)
