We offer in-depth, critical reviews of artist-made photobooks, both contemporary and historical. We also publish interviews with photographers that make books, designers and publishers. Our audience includes fine art photography industry insiders (gallery/museum directors, photo editors, publishers, critics), photobook collectors, photography enthusiasts, photographers, fine art and small press publishers and artists.
I tend to like minimalist, but smart/clever design. It could be fun to play with the idea of "addict" in a non-offensive, funny way, but I don't want a graphic to look cartoonish. This publishing venture is in a pretty niche field, for a niche audience, but one that is very passionate and there currently exists no outlet specifically covering this topic.

I had a lot of folks submitting designs to my contest, but as as soon as I saw the one from andi_Studio, there was a clear winner. Easy to work with, clear and prompt communication. Great experience!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
