No Pirates Allowed!
My son came up with the name, No Pirates Allowed! because he wanted to make sure that Pirates were not allowed to shop at his dad's new Toy Store. I'm told, however, that we are allowed to sell Pirate related toys.
I'm a father of 3 young kids. I have a computer store and a game manufacturing business. I hope to open my new Toy store in the next couple months.
No pirates Allowed will be a small brick and mortar Toy Store in a hip aflluent neighborhood. Our toys are aimed at kids 2-10 years old(car, trucks, puzzles, drawing, some books, board games etc). We will carry many European brands(Djeco, WoW) toys. Our corporate emphasis will be on selling high quality unique toys and excellent customer service.
No Pirates Allowed!'s target market is middle to upper income moms and grand mothers.
This customer rountinely buys 1 or 2 $40-50 gifts per week so that their kids can attend the many birthday parties held for their classmates.
This customer is always looking for new, unique products that challenge their children and engage them.
The logo has to do 3 things:
1. Tell people that we are a Toy Store that sells high quality unique toys.
2. Entice Shoppers by making them feel like they are stepping into a fantastic world their kids would want to play in
3. Entice Kids
The name of the Store should be incorporated into the logo design.
The logo will be part of the store sign which will be prominently displayed on the front of our building on a busy street. I want people to look at the sign and immediately stop to look through the window.
The scope of the project is totally open and does not have to incorporate a pirate theme.
Our tag line under our logo will be " Everyone else, Welcome!"
We will require :
Print file format - .ai (CMYK)
Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo
