How eric 34 started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Investment management company, primarily in commercial real estate. I'm not interested in a logo specifically representing real estate. I am an investment professional seeking creative office and residential projects, and want to revitalize neighborhoods (REV is for revival, revitalization.) I want convey transformation of neighborhoods and professionalism and show that I am reliable as an investment manager. I like the idea of creating something out of nothing -- so maybe if the logo shows bits and pieces of things forming into something? Any other ideas you have that shows something bring to life?
My target audience is high net worth individual and fund managers seeking an experienced an dependable developer.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Accounting & Financial
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors:
Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.
Light neutrals: Purity, balance and sophistication.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Here are some examples of logos on 99designs that look good:
Please keep logo not too complicated. Blue colors are good. Neutral gray/black/white might be ok.
Using building/house structure shapes in the design is too common and a bit cheesy to me.
I'm ok if the design is more abstract, and somehow represents change, revival, development. It would be interesting to show revitalization in an abstract image, from dust to creation of something. Or maybe the edges of the letters out of focus, and more focus and clarity in the middle. It's a difficult task to represent growth and rebirth in an abstract way
Consider creating logos out of the REV letters. Or just the RP
