I had nearly 1000 submissions for my contest. Keris beat all of them on his first try. Perfectly on spec, original, and distinctive.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The Richland County Public Libraries Foundation supports the Sidney-Richland County Library by raising and maintaining an endowment to provide funding for needs and opportunities that cannot be covered by public funding alone. The RCPLF exists to ensure that the Library can provide high quality programming, diverse materials and a welcoming environment to everyone in their service area, in spite of limited budgets and our rural location.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Community & Non-Profit
Logo types to explore
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Obviously, our name is really long, so we'd love a logo that can either incorporate our full name (Richland County Public Libraries Foundation) OR simply a graphic/our initials. We are using RCPLF as a shortened name. Basically something where we can snip off a small piece once we have our brand established a bit. Also, although the Foundation supports the library, it is definitely not about books. The Foundation helps to bring in programs, buy furniture and technology, and toys and games that bring patrons into the "people space" of the library. The Foundation exists to bring people together and help them learn and engage with their community, so a logo that expresses that is key to helping others understand our mission. We don't want book imagery, but other allusions to technology and learning are great.
