How TomH. started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are launching a publishing imprint focusing on books that help people deepen their walk with God. See deepwaterbooks.com for some web imagery we'll be incorporating into our new site. I don't see "publishing" in the list of industries I can choose from on this site, so I chose "religious."
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
In addition to the full-color version, I'd like to be able to have a reversed-out one-color version that can overlay the imagery we have on deepwaterbooks.com.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
I like the use of one of the letters in the imagery.
I like the fine art aspect in this design.
I like the icon that says it all.
Some hand-crafted art would be a welcome flair.
Too many colors for the DWB logo, but I like the modern, somewhat fractal look.
A little too industrial for me, but I'm looking for a little illustration.
I love good typography. I want to look like a big high-end publisher.
Looks almost like a movie studio logo. I'd like the same big-media look.
I'd like to have an icon associated with this design that can be by itself on a book spine. We don't need to be too obvious with a cross jumping out in the design, but it might be nice to have a subtle indication that we're a Christian publisher.
BTW, I'm not entirely sure I want the W capitalized - need some guidance on that.
