We are a United Methodist Church. Our motto is "Making Jesus Real." We are looking for something attractive, unique, and creative in a logo that describes who we are.
Logo types to explore
We are looking for a creative design that incorporates a cross, a curve in a road, as well as a valley. We are known as the church in the curve. We are located in Valley, AL, which is why we want to incorporate a valley idea as a part of the logo. We are near the Chattahoochee River and hence a part of the Chattahoochee River Valley, but a mountain valley is okay in the logo as well. It can be a river valley, but does not have to be. Our motto is "Making Jesus Real". I added some sample cross logos that are rather unique. I am not saying copy these, just giving you some ideas. I wonder if something like cross 6 below could be adapted? It gives a curve in the road as part of the cross. In cross 1 I wonder if the grass line could be curved just a bit, not much, but towards a little more of an "n" shape. I posted curve 2 below to describe the extent of the curve we want (not the 2 lines.) I don't like the colors in curve 1 below, but something like that might could be adapted with the 2 curves going through the green horizontal line forming a cross. Just some ideas, hope that is not too confusing. Again, we want something simple, but creative, attractive, and unique. I know we have several dis-consorted ideas. We are looking for the wow factor in a simple design. Thanks for your using your creativity in designing us a logo. Cross 7 is a creative cross with leaves design. What if someone did some rendition of the one on the right, except on the bottom of the vertical portion of the cross you made the cross sit in a slight "v" shape, making a valley? Just a thought
