Kim was great to work with--efficient, responsive to my needs, and really flexible. I had over 220 designs submitted, and hers always stood out. She has a really good eye for design and a professional touch. I highly recommend her.

Awardedwines.com.au is a wine sales website for the general public and sells wine directly to restaurants and cafes.

The team behind Awardedwines.com.au has experience in online marketing as well as hospitality management.
The logo needs to reflect the sites strong emphasis on design and usability – so needs to be contemporary, modern, simple and clean.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Awardedwines.com.au targets the 25 to 49 year old. It is an online savvy audience whom are regular users of the internet for research and purchases. Women and gay men are a large proportion of the target audience. This market seeks convenience and ease of use.
The wine community are typically high income professionals working in professional environments like Legal, Banking, white collar businesses with an interest in the arts and are attracted to corporate design and style.
A large portion of Awardedwines.com.au's audience like to discuss their wine and are usually proud of their choice of wine which is a direct reflection of themselves.
The Logo needs to be distinctive and stylish as well reflect all the principles of intelligent design which Apple has made famous. However, must offer the warmth of red wine and the crisp freshness of white wine
Awardedwines.com.au is a Web 2.0 site so will incorporate allot of the latest graphic designs as referenced in the site below : http://www.winesociety.com.au/
Typeface should be clear, simple and bold. We want something that stands out and which is not too complicated. http://www.jeffhendricksondesign.co
The logo should also have an element of warmth while being sexy and seductive as we drink wine for pleasure and it compliments our tastes in food. So logo should not be too serious or formal.
The 7 letters of Awarded and 5 letters of wines have already weighted AwardedWines to ‘Awarded”, moving us away from general or just wines, so logo needs to support this premise.
