Create a logo for our $4mil capital campaign.

We are a church in Englewood, Colorado entering into a Capital Campaign to raise 4mil and update our sanctuary and foyer. The brand that I need created is not for the church, but specifically for the campaign. The building that we are updating is unique, and has it's own character, that I would like reflected in the logo. My vision would be that the logo actually is an illustrated image of the building, if possible, with the words "All Things New" in there somehow. When speaking of exactly how to illustrate the facility in the design, I am picturing a more modern representation of the building that "calls out" to the building, but not really a "photorealistic sketch" of the building, or something like that. Maybe its just a silhouette of the building, or some sort of a modern representation? Leaving it up to your creative abilities. In terms of the tagline, we would like to be able to incorporate the tagline when necessary, but also not use it in some places. I will attach images of the building for inspiration.
