We're developing Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software that uses AI and cloud supercomputing to control industrial CNC (computer numerically controlled) milling machines automatically (right now skilled human operators are needed to control them).
We're B2B, and the target audience is mostly advanced manufacturers and machine shops based in the US and Europe. Think everyone from Boeing or SpaceX down to small metalworking workshops. Generally speaking they're pretty old-school.

Preferably the logo should not have a cloud or gears in it (way too generic), and should be more abstract or manufacturing/engineering/CNC specific.
Something that evokes imagery of artificial intelligence would be very good.
Though we like black backgrounds it has to be something that would also work on white. Not always practical to have black as the background.
Thicker type is preferred over thin. No italics.
CloudNC is all one word, though Cloud and NC should be somehow separate. Whether by colour, font, bolding or something else is up to you.
Ignore the design examples, the website won't let me remove or change them.
I'll add more info to this as designs roll in.
Useful search terms for inspiration:
CNC milling machine.
CNC machine tools.
Existing logo set attached.
Logos used by our competitors (computer aided manufacturing software companies) are mostly pretty boring, best not to use for inspiration.
CNC - Computer numerical control.
The full title CloudNC doesn't necessarily have to be used in the logo, up to you.
