We are 2 young entrepreneurs starting up a Gelato, Juice and Smoothie Bar ready to 'shake' up the industry. By integrating innovative ideas, progressive fresh flavors, and a whole lot of fun we have long term goals of franchising the business and want to start building our image with a strong branding message. We have a history of creating fun team focused cultures (now into our fourth business) and will continue this trend in a Cool Change. We believe that life should be loved and although we will be classed as being in the hospitality industry we know that we are really in the people industry.
We came up with the name because we want to re-educate our consumers that drinks and ice-creams/gelato are more than impulse buys, and that we offer something different to all others in the market place. We will be integrating ipads and social media into our shop front to create more of an experience than just buying an icecream. The 'Cool' can be used to desribe the experience as well as the products.

Young, and young at heart. Vibrant and loving life. Innovators and People who prefer quality and are prepared to pay a little extra for it. Think Apple.
Our first location will be in a tourism area so we need to be able to engage with our audience quickly. We aim to change our business from an impulse buy to a destination outlet that people choose to come to because we offer a must have product.
Logo can be full colour but must be able to quickly be simplified for the printing process as we plan to do a lot of branding and want to keep the printiing costs as low as possible.
We are probably thinking of blues as the base colours because we though blue represents cold but are open to other concepts if they fit in. Perhaps the use of circles to represent scoops of gelato, but once again this is just a thought. We are open to you creative designs.
