The designer was very responsive with edits to the designs and communicated well when they were unsure of my requests.

How alessandro_t started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Consulting and internal controls for financial intermediaries (banks, investment firms, etc). We help these companies with assessing and evaluating their risks.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Accounting & Financial
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors:
Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.
Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Logo must represent professionalism, reliability, trust. The message conveyed by the logo should be something on the lines of "with us you'll be safe from risks", especially risks related to compliance with regulations.
It must be flat, no gradients.
It could (or could not) use the initials; abstract forms will be also appreciated; the colors could be dark blue and dark gray, on a white background.
It must be recognizable in black and white and in small size.
We'd like more a separate logo next, over or under the company name (like the "modernize" one in the example) than a logo that includes the company name).
We do not advise our clients in trading (so graphs, stocks and markets are not related to our profession); our kind of consulting is about controlling risks and having an efficient organization.
Please avoid mainstream designs (like the curved line across the logo, the lines on the sides of "consulting") and the most simplistic ones (like just the initials in Times New Roman).
