"In the cloud" start-up looking for logo and website template

Overview
We are a team from Melbourne, Australia. This will be our second start up business. Its brand new so looking for someone to help us with the logo and website template design.
The technology will be a software program that essentially snaps (takes a photo) of the screen every so often so that someone else could see what is going.
Did you know 8 out of 10 parents worry about predators in their kids' Internet use.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Initially our audience will be parents who have children between 8 and 18 years old. Parents who are not very internet savvy but want a way to easily watch over their kids when they are using the internet.
Requirements
We are looking for :
1. A logo to represent our company - our domain name is 8snaps.com. Logo should be two colours, Simple but bold design. Logo should not be 3D or use any stock images or clip art.
2. A website template (.html file) so that we can build our website from

Feel free to experiment with colors. The files we will require are:
Logo - .ai (CMYK), .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
