byfield.office got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Byfield Parish Church

Byfield Parish Church exists to take Christ to the World, to nurture, equip, and mature God’s people and to live to the glory of God. We are unique as an organization. Founded in 1702 we continue to seek to be relevant in the area where we serve, which is a suburban area north of Boston. With our new logo we hope to communicate that we did not arrive on the scene yesterday, but neither are we antiquated. The beliefs of the church fit within the broad orthodoxy of Christianity. The image of the cross is especially meaningful to our congregation.
Here are some logos we like: https://www.cspc.net/ The traditional cross logos on this page seem to be in the right vein: https://99designs.com/blog/creative-inspiration/church-logos/
