Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are the Episcopal Diocese of San Diego. We provide support and organization to 47 congregations throughout San Diego, Riverside, Imperial Counties and Yuma, AZ. http://www.edsd.org. We are launching a capital campaign to raise money to renovate the Church Center, establish a fund for clergy mentoring and establish a fund for loans and grants to congregations. The logo design is for the campaign, not the diocese. If possible, please incorporate "40" or "Celebrating 40 Years" or "40th Anniversary," into the logo. We are kicking off this campaign as the diocese celebrates its 40th anniversary. The cross becomes a "4" with a flourish (see St. Paul's logo attached). The tagline of our campaign is "Christ for the World," but that doesn't have to be incorporated into the design if it's too busy. We would like, perhaps, to have the word "Serving" be the main focus of the logo, instead of "Build."
