A graphical logo that will be appealing to the Asian (Chinese) community, that can also be adapted to the Australian market- The designers must produce both for their submission.
We have done our market research with a group of Chinese people who liked the following ideas the best:
1. Chinese gold ingot
2. Double eight (one of the favorite ideas)
3. Money tree 'Pachira'
4. Double chinese coins (one of the favorite ideas)
5. Chinese gold ingot made look like a house
6. Something that relates to the ancient Chinese royal family (emperor) symbol or building. Illustrating the Chinese living like an Emperor in Australia, or living like the high or upper class. The best example they could provide me with is the corner houses of the Chinese forbidden city. Please google forbidden city images and look @ the corner house of the cities surrounding wall. (This was definitely the main/favorite suggestion by the market research group)
Obviously designers are free to make their own suggestions if they feel they have a gem of an idea to present.
The words Below Market Value also need to be incorporated as separate to the graphic.
