UTSYN Bolig is a Property Developer building high-end houses and cabins in Norway, and therefore the logo must signal «Quality». We are building our houses «around» the customers, 100 % tailor made for their families. We want a unique logo that shows who we are and what we do - which is building properties. We believe this can be done in many ways. Some design ideas that we have loved includes making a building block, incorporating a U and a B together, showcasing a view, a roof or a fairly minimalistic house. A nordic element, like minimalistic mountains with a nice line, a sea view or a sun can also be very interesting. Feel free to be creative. We are sure that there will be some nice ideas that we have not thought of yet (which are not included in what we have suggested), and that could also have a high chance of winning! The more logos you submit, the better the chances. UTSYN should be capital letters, and Bolig should be written with a big B. We wish that the logo is clear and visible when it is printed both in colour in black & white. The logo needs to fit a website as well as social media, posters (2-4 meters) and a company car. UTSTYN MEANS Vista in English and gives these values: • Great geograpical view • «A house or a room with a view» (like the movie) + long sights/long view to the horizon`s.
