We are an independent insurance agency established in 1897. Being independent means we can offer our customers options based on their needs. Our loyalty is to them, not the insurance carriers as we represent over 30. We offer all things insurance. If you can think of an insurance product, we can offer it.
Our target market is primarily medium to large businesses in all sectors of the economy. Our man focus is larger more complex risk. There really isn't something we can't insure or a need we can't meet.
For individuals, our primary targets are those that are either business owners or those that are in the medium to high end income range. Our customers are also typically people that value relationships and expertise, not price. We do not sale a commodity.
As we've grown and continue to expand, departments or divisions have started to emerge in our business. We think of these areas as our "specialties" or niche's where we have strong expertise. Therefore, we would like to have the ability for our logo to have flexibility and for each division to be able to break out and have somewhat of it's own use of the logo in different ways. We would like to be able to have our primary logo be the foundation and tie in the different departments or divisions as they emerge.
We would describe ourselves as independent, trustworthy, stable, strong, cutting edge, etc. An institution with strong values and a rich history but willing to challenge the "status quo". Our logo will invoke a timeless, classic look that feels fresh and new. We maybe be 120 years old, but we aren't your grandpa's version of insurance.
