inmoti got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Automotive Group Rebranding Project
Check out inmoti's Logo design contest…
- Focus on the symbol more than typography -
We are an automotive group of 10 dealerships (and growing) with various manufacturers to represent and also sell used cars. Each dealership has a showroom and service drive, all equipped with digital communication, supported by a centralized call center and business development division focused on high-quality customer service. Our group is also integrated with other automotive related businesses providing finance and vehicle service contracts, auto and home insurance, rentals, and vehicle maintenance, parts and body shops throughout the southeast.
Other color requirements
The round chrome needs to be reduced in thickness from the Original logo symbol. I feel it is too fat/chubby for the V to standout against the orange/yellow background. And the chrome needs to be enhanced to look slightly more realistic, or look fake entirely... - adding additional comments on the brief. Thank you all.

99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
