Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Certis Financial is a specialty mortgage servicing company. We specialize in servicing loans and providing solutions where homeowners had difficulty in making payments. We provide solutions (loan modification, discount) for them so that they are able to keep their homes and make payments that make sense to them.
Audience
Our primary audiences are homeowners with defaulted loans that we are trying to provide solutions to.Our homeowners often do not know that we can provide these solutions. Many of them had bad experience with illegitimate companies that try to profit from their financial situation. They are often having financial difficulties and have trouble placing trust in anyone.
Investors - Savvy investors provide funds for us.
