Providus is an incubator that intends to build businesses in the private health sector. The company plans over time to establish the following activities:
• 2016: Direct and indirect sales of products in the categories: Diet supplements, skin and hair care and makeup, cost / lifestyle change and weight loss (from Forever Living Products).
• 2016/2017: To spread health-related knowledge (coaching, courses, lectures, webinars / e-learning, demonstrations, etc.)
• 2017/2018: Medical centers with a multidisciplinary focus and method on physical and mental lifestyle diseases.
Purpose: Providus wants to make it easy and accessible for people to improve their health and wellbeing. Providus' main thrust is a dedicated network, that share the company's desire to simplify, share, help and engage.
Values: Simplifying, sharing, helping and engaging.
Target Audience: Providus want to address to both women and men, but practice shows that the company will have more women than men as customers and distributors. Network Marketing is Providus' prime philosophy to develop the organization, the sale and the marketing, but the company will focus on developing its unique version of Network Marketing.
Competitive Edge: Providus should be a leader in basic, interdisciplinary knowledge and practice in how health is affected by diet / nutrition, activity / exercise and social life. Our customers and partners will see us as knowledgeable, long-term and systematic.
