All the best, Raf
I have worked with Robosign twice now. I have nothing but great things to say about the quality of their work and their communication. I will work with them again when I need more help. Highly recommended.

Groomsmen gift for a wedding
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
I am having custom knives made for all of the groomsmen in my wedding. The knives are going to be part of a set and have custom engravings. Each knife will be handmade using a specific wood on each handle that ties into the personality of the individual. The theme I'm working off for the set is the "Join, or Die" snake (which I will attach to this job). The original sketch, produced in the 18th century, was created to urge unity between the original colonies in fighting together against the oppression of the British. I'm looking to reproduce the snake in a way to make the design more modern and to edit the initials to represent all of the groomsmen in the wedding rather than the colonies. The snake that I need produced will need to be eight sections, just like in the original. I want to keep the old school feel to it and need to stay away from making it too cartoonish. Each of the blades is going to have the individuals' section etched into it with the full design on the leather sheath. I do not need color in this design (like the original) but tones of black and grey are fine. I like the style of the font and would want to keep something close to that. I'd like the new snake itself to have a bit more life and feel a bit more real and modern while still being fairly simple. Again, I don't want it to come off cartoonish - for lack of some better adjectives, the term 'badass' comes to mind. The file will need to be large enough where I can pull out each section for an engraver to work from.
