Melbourne, Rio de Janeiro, Berlin and San Francisco and are well known for their creative culture and we want to promote Japan as the next international creative/design hub. Target audience: Anyone interested in graphic design or getting any sort of graphic design work done – e.g. graphic designers, start ups, companies/businesses/SME, design students, press & media, etc.
What's your vision?
A truly unique, artistic and creative poster design that will help promote Japan as the next international creative/design hub. The poster must include the following cities in someway: - Tokyo, Japan - Melbourne, Australia - Rio de Janeiro, Brazil - Berlin, Germany - San Francisco, USA Please also include elements related to “design” and “creativity” (graphic design, art, creativity, pencils/pens/brushes, paper/computer, colors, typography, etc). How you artistically incorporate these into the poster design is completely up to you!
While I don’t have a specific design theme in mind, I have attached some images of posters I like as possible sources for inspiration. Here are also some ideas/themes that could get you started: - Subway map connecting all of the cities together – www.pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=subway%20map - Typography – www.pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=typography%20poster - Minimalist – www.pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=minimalist%20poster - Vintage/retro travel – www.pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=vintage%20travel%20poster www.pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=retro%20travel%20poster - Infographic – www.pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=infographic%20poster - Pop art – www.pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=pop%20art - Posters about… design! www.pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=design%20poster These are also so many great posters style and here you can check some out here - www.pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=poster Designers would very well be aware, different countries and cultures have different styles of design.
