Treffer is a Norwegian tech-company that develops and delivers digital marketing solutions to companies. Through paid advertising online, using channels such as Facebook, Google, Snapchat and more, we reach people who are extremely likely to buy our clients products and services, and drive traffic from our ads to unique landing pages where the end customer can fill in a form or call the business to get in touch. This is called «lead-generation», where a lead is a potential customer that contacts our client. The core of our technology is data collection and analysis. Vi collect large amounts of data («Big Data») from many sources, and able ble to put this data in a system through our proprietary reports. Then we analyse the data from these reports to se connections where we can create added value in the marketing campaigns for our clients. Our solutions are 100 % measureable, so that our clients can see excactly how many and what customers and sales they get through our marketing.
What's your vision?
I want a visualization for use in presentations and to our website. I want a visualization of the following proccess, and I would like one illustration that includes these 5 elements: 1: • Data collection: Treffers speciality is collecting large amounts of data from different sources, and then putting this data in system through our proprietary reports. In conjunction with the marketing we do for our clients, we collect data about things such as: human behavior online, our target audience`s interests, age, geografic location, etc. We espesially emphasize collecting data about behavioral patterns of our target audience, in order to best be able to find out who is more likely to buy a product now. 2: • Analysis: Based on the proprietary reports with the data we collect, we predict what target audiences will be most likely to buy our clients products. We also do analysis in order to find out how to present the product to each target audience. (In addition to this, if we for example market a car dealer of Volvo, we can find data not only about what target audinces are interested in buying a Volvo, but also what model of Volvo they are interested in. We get deep insights through our analysis). 3: • Segmentation: Treffer has devided the Norwegian population into 6 segments («personas») so that we can reach the right target audience that are most likely to buy the product with the right personalized message. We know a lot about each of these segments, and what motivates them to buy a business` products, so with this system we area ble to both know what target audience that are likely to buy a product, base don our analysis, and we are also able to personalize our ads based on with what features with a product and so forth that each of the 6 segments are most likely to be triggered by. These 6 segments also lets us know if a customer wants a lot of information before they purchase, if they want a more short and precise message, what types of images they are likely to click on, etc. 4: • Implementation: We set up ads in channels like Google, Facebook, etc., where we reach target audienes we know are most likely to buy our clients product/products. We set up landing pages where the end customer can fill in a contact form or call our client in order to buy or get more information about the specific product or service. The ads and landing pages gets tailored with different setups and messages to each of the 6 different personas. 5: • 100 % measurable: Our solution is 100 % measurable, so that our client can see excactly how many leads they get, and also the contact information (the name and contact data on each lead through a form or the number they used when they called the business). This does so that each business easily can measure how much money they make in sales on each spesific lead. We on our end are also able to see which target audiences respond best to which ads (again with tests on what images, texts,etc that work), as well as what landing pages that convert. With costumer feedback, we can also know what ads, landing pages, target audiences, channels etc that generate the most profit. We also measure attribution: For example if someone first sees an ad on Facebook, and then search and convert to a lead via Google, we can know this and attribute a value also to the Facebook ad, instead of just putting all the budget into Google or another channel.
