Mass Alert (Alert a smaller part of a city or a geographical area). - i.e: "There is a fire in your neighborhood and you need to evacutate" 3. Tourist Alert (Gouverments can alert Travellers). - i.e: "All Norwegian tourists in London, meet at the embassy immediately" 4. Group Alert (Alert a pre-defined group) - i.e: "There is a Terror in the central station and all available police officers must meet immediately". 5. Service Alert (Important Information Messages). - i,e: "Water will be out in 4 hours due to maintaince").
