Inviting & Funny Graphic

I need a graphic for a section of a blog that invites people to ask questions about odors

Ask Dr. Stink

An old photo you need to use to get the headshot. We used to use this photo but don't like the graphics around it anymore. (headshot.jpg)
The blog graphic so you can match the style of the site (blog_graphic.png)
All the other shots are shot that you may choose to use in lieu of the 'headshot.jpg' graphic

You need to extract the head shot of the bald guy from any of the photos you want. I'm guessing it will be easiest with the 'headshot.jpg' graphic but I don't care.

Make a stylized text or logo type area below the headshot that reads 'Ask Dr. Stink'

In smaller letters under that, type this sentence:
Ask ANY question you want about odors. I guarantee I have the answer!

Improv around the general concept and use your creativity. Don't feel compeletly confined to what I've written. Go wild.

Graphic must be 322w x 341 high

Must deliver layered .PSD file.

- Headshot that has inviting feel to it
- I like bright colors that lend to humor
- use any sort of odor type graphic you want to enhance the graphic
- be funny, bold and exciting. go crazy

boring design that looks corporate or something without humor
