We're a team of veterinary practice improvement experts who work collaboratively with the veterinary practices we purchase to create top workplaces for our team members and best in class services for our patients. Our motto is "Taking care of the people who take care of our pets".

We market ourselves to veterinarians, typically 40-60 years old, who are interested in selling us their small practice. Typically they don't know they need us, but are struggling to balance running their business as well as providing care to their patients. They have trouble hiring additional doctors, and may not even be looking to sell their practice. In addition, we look to recruit new doctors right our of school to join as team members to grow our practice locations.
