How justinE4 started their logo & brand identity pack journey
Who are you known as?
Axiom Aero (or just Axiom)
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We sell small aircraft (both jet aircraft and propellor aircraft) to "owner pilots" (i.e. rich dudes who fly themselves either for fun or between business meetings, etc. Highly male dominated clientele. Very few female. mostly company CEO's) Aircraft we sell are anywhere from $500k to several million dollars in value. Our company is unique in that we are all pilots and cater heavily to pilots, and we are unique in that we provide an enormous amount of market data (think TD Ameritrade for jets). Data analysis is central to what we do..
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
No need to include all these colors. Could pick one (or two). Feel free to experiment. you're the expert
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Looking for sophistication and "cool" factor. SpaceX, Tesla, Red Bull, etc. are good examples of what we'd like to emulate. (logos for SpaceX and Tesla are pretty rad. Simple and sophisticated and symbolic of what they do. Love how SpaceX is nothing more than a "swoopy" X that fits with what they do. Simple is really best I think) I was originally thinking of just something real simple that mainly said AXIOM and maybe very small "aero" or perhaps leave the "aero" out altogether.. (The full name of our company is "Axiom Aero Group" or "Axiom Aero Group, LLC" but I think we'll primarily go by "Axiom") - I had also played with the idea of making the X look like a propellor and the O look like a jet engine, but after playing with it I think that will end up looking pretty childish and silly (feel free to try it.) If you can do anything that looks like aviation, then great. If it looks like a law firm, that's probably fine too. Just can't look like a high school project (which is what most in this industry end up looking like). We are going to need the whole brand, top to bottom, so I'm open to having multiple "versions" of the logo (i.e. a main logo and perhaps a smaller one or even one letter for use as an abbreviated logo). We will also be creating a lot of video content, so eventually would want something that can be used on an opening slide in video (so if there are any opportunities for "moving parts" great, but this is an extremely, hyper low priority. Feel free to ignore this request). - Sorry in advance for the huge description. Good luck!
