What's your vision?
Rainer Publishing is needing a cover for a book titled "How to Survive a Difficult Pastorate." The author is Chris Bonts. There are two concepts in mind: Concept #1: A yellow background (see "Heaven is for Real" background color) with an image of a wooden pulpit on it. The pulpit should have a cross on the front (see http://churchfurniturepartner.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/2050-Pulpit1-253x300.jpg , although I would prefer a lighter color wood). The pulpit need to look as if tomatoes had been thrown at the pastor (though there needs to be no pastor in the image) while he was speaking, with pieces of tomatoes, and tomato juice all over the pulpit and the immediate ground. Regarding the text, use the book, A Meal with Jesus, as a reference for the font. The text should probably either red or white. Be sure to includes the authors name at the bottom of the page. You can use a different font for this. Concept #2 On a backgound color of your choice, place a dartboard with a piece of paper pinned on it. The paper needs to have an image of a pulpit with a cross on it (see Concept #1). A few darts need to have pierced the paper and image (as if someone was upset at it). Maybe one stray dart can hit somewhere else on the cover. See Concept #1 for text/font. You can use different font if you feel that it is a better fit. You are free to submit your own concepts as well. Thank you for participating. We look forward to your designs!
